Sorry for the late reply, but our trip continued on to London and Spain after China, and we have just returned home on the weekend.

 We'd like to share some of our trip experience with you. The Great Wall was the most memorable attraction we visited, such an awesome structure!  Jay was our tour guide, and I speak on behalf of our whole group when I say that Jay was extraordinary. We have been on different tours all over the world. and Jay was by far the most professional, friendly, patient, and informative of them all. She went above and beyond her role as tour guide, and even made recomendations for additional activities in the evenings, such as restaurant, shows, and shopping locations. My mother was not feeling very well, and Jay was very patient and understanding with her. Jay ensured that our visit to China was a perfect experience, and we all thank her deeply for that. Sight: Great Wall in Beijing and Terra Cotta Warriors in Xian were the best.
Guide: All were excellent ,their English was very good. Karen in Beijing was a great help on arrival at the Marco Polo/Mecure who wanted Vouchers she managed to sort that out for us.All three had great knowledge of Chinese history.
Hote:Shangri-La in Xian fantastic.
