Day 1

Place & Transport: Arrive in Beijing, Flight No. TBA
Today's Activities: Airport to Hotel Transfer (Beijing)
Detailed Itinerary: You'll be met on arrival in Beijing. On the way to the Guangzhou Hotel, your guide will explain tomorrow's arrangements. Spend the rest of the day exploring the nearby streets, or resting and catching up on your jetlag. Beijing is a city of amazing contrasts - an ancient capital with some incredible historical sites, and a bustling modern metropolis getting ready to host the 2008 Olympics.

Day 2

Place & Transport: Beijing
Today's Activities: Mutianyu Cable Car(round trip), Great Wall at Mutianyu, Olympic Stadium(Bird Nest and Water Cube), National Aquatics Centre, Roasted Duck at Hepingmen Quanjude
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch
Detailed Itinerary: After breakfast, our guide will accompany you to the Great Wall - Mutianyu Section which has some unique characteristics over other sections. It is surrounded by wonderful landscape and has a rarely seen structure formed by three connected watch towers and the cable car provides a safe comfortable assent and decent. Moderate walking on the Wall is recommended when you are interested in. Lunch is at local restaurant near the Wall. When move back to the city, you will catch a glimpse of the National Stadium and National Aquatics Center in the distance which will be the venue for the Olympic and are not open to the public recently.

Day 3

Place & Transport: Beijing
Today's Activities: Temple of Heaven, Hutong Tours in Rickshaw
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch
Detailed Itinerary: Be Chinese for the morning as we join with the thousand of local people as they practice Tai Chi at the Temple of Heaven before breakfast. Join in or just watch, it's your decision. Later we will continue to appreciate the history and architecture significance of the Temple of Heaven. Lunch will be at the well selected local restaurant. Explore the local people's life by taking a visit to the unique community, Hutong. You will also have chance to visit the local family and talk to the members.

Day 4

Place & Transport: Beijing
Today's Activities: The Tian'anmen Square, The Forbidden City, Hall of Clocks and Watches
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch
Detailed Itinerary: Today you experience ancient Emperor's daily life. First we will visit the Forbidden City, from which the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties governed for over 500 years. The magnificent and solemn palace will feed your imagination with the life of Chinese emperors past. We have arranged a private viewing of the Treasure Houses of the Qing Dynasty royalty and Hall of Clocks and Watches. These areas are off limits to most tour groups.
In the afternoon, we continue to Tian'anmen Square, the symbol of Beijing. On the opposite, a big board counting down the days to the Game attracts tourist eye.

Day 5

Place & Transport: Beijing
Today's Activities: Beijing University of Physical Education
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch
Detailed Itinerary: A day or half to visit the Beijing University of Physical Education which is the training base for athletes who will attend the Game in 2008. Known as the Beijing Sport University, it has a full range of sports facilities. Among which 14 gymnasiums and more than 10 fields are open to the public on holidays. Our visit includes campus viewing, martial art or tennis practicing appreciation etc.

Day 6

Place & Transport: Depart Beijing, Flight No. TBA
Today's Activities: Hotel to airport Transfer (Beijing)
Meals: Breakfast
Detailed Itinerary: Free time until your flight to enjoy a final walk around Shanghai to partake of its delights.
